Greet and assist parents, students, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Communicate program updates, schedules, and policy information to parents and members.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date student membership records.
Collect, record, and process tuition payments, fees, and other transactions.
Track attendance and enrollment trends for reporting purposes.
Prepare materials and coordinate logistics for special events, belt tests, and tournaments.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other administrative communications promptly.
Ensure office supplies and program materials are organized and stocked.
Support instructors and staff with administrative needs to ensure smooth daily operations.

Supervise students to ensure safety and proper behavior.
Assist students with completing their homework and provide academic support as needed.
Facilitate structured activities, games, and group engagement.
Promote a positive, respectful atmosphere aligned with the values of Taekwondo.
Manage student behavior using appropriate strategies; address minor issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
Ensure students are picked up by authorized individuals and maintain accurate attendance.
Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding student behavior, injuries, or incidents.
Support instructors and staff with transitions, clean-up, and preparation as needed.
